Rasika Dugal started her career with a minor role in the 2007 movie Anwar. Over the years, she has delivered impressive performances in critically acclaimed films including No Smoking (2007), Qissa (2015), Train Station (2015), and Hamid (2018). Her role as Safia in the biographical movie Manto released in 2018 earned her significant praise and a Screen Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress.

Rasika Dugal's breakthrough came with her role in the Amazon Prime Video series, Mirzapur, in 2018.
