Born in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, Rashi Singh briefly worked as an air hostess before pursuing acting. She made her Telugu film debut in 2021 with Sashi opposite Aadi Saikumar. She gained attention with roles in Prem Kumar (2023) alongside Santosh Sobhan, the mystery thriller Bhoothaddam Bhaskar Narayana (2024) with Shiva Kandukuri, and Prasanna Vadanam (2024) with Suhas. She also appeared in the web series Papam Pasivadu (2023).

Her ongoing and upcoming projects include Blind Spot (2025) and Paanch Minar (2025) with Raj Tarun, solidifying her rising status in Telugu cinema.
