Born in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, Rashi worked as an air hostess before entering films. She made her Telugu debut in Sashi (2021) as Sunitha opposite Aadi Saikumar. She followed it with Prem Kumar (2023), then gained attention in thrillers like Bhoothaddam Bhaskar Narayana (2024 as Lakshmi) and Prasanna Vadanam (2024 as ACP Vaidehi).

Her 2025 films include Blind Spot, Paanch Minar, and Santhana Prapthirasthu. In 2026 she appears in Transfer Trimurthulu, Gossip, and the fantasy comedy Ramba Oorvasi Menaka (as Rambha) alongside Allari Naresh. The actress continues to take on diverse, glamorous, and performance-driven roles while also running a successful café business in Hyderabad.
