She became famous in Telugu with 'Lakshmi Talk Show' where she interviewed many big celebrities. She made her Tollywood debut with 'Anaganaga O Dheerudu' in which she played a negative role. She went on to act in movies like 'Dongala Mutha', 'Department', 'Uu Kodatara Ulikki Padathara', 'Kadal', 'Gundello Godari' and many others.
