Always in motion and rarely one to hit pause, Rakul admits that the past year taught her the value of slowing down. “2024 was a year of extreme happiness. I got married, work was great, but then my back injury set me back. At first, I was in denial, thinking it would pass. But eventually, you learn to surrender and realise it’s a lesson,” she says.
