Rakul Preet Singh Shines in Vintage Look for HT City

Rakul Preet Singh recently featured in a adorable photoshoot for HT City Showstoppers. She looked beautiful draped in a vintage bouquet saree by Navyasa by LIVA paired with a rare Basra pearl necklace from Chaulaz Heritage Jewellery.

The necklace over a hundred years old added timeless charm to her traditional look. The shoot took place at The Oberoi, Mumbai and was managed by a talented creative team led by Shara Ashraf Prayag, photographer Tejas Nerurkar, stylist Karishma Patidar and many more professionals.

In the caption, Rakul opened up about her journey from Delhi to becoming Bollywood’s ‘IT girl’. She shared that when she first entered the film industry, she didn't even know what an "IT girl" meant.

Rakul mentioned that, in the beginning, people used to say a heroine’s career would only last five to six years. However, she believes that things are changing now. She emphasized that good looks, hard work, and dedication can keep an actress successful for a long time, no matter her age. Rakul’s aim is to achieve longevity in the industry, just like legends Amitabh Bachchan and Tabu.

Rakul Preet Singh started her career in Telugu cinema with movies like “Venkatadri Express” and “Loukyam”. She quickly became a top actress in both Tollywood and Bollywood. She delivered memorable performances in Hindi movies like “De De Pyaar De”, “Doctor G” and “Runway 34”.
