The actress, known for her role in De De Pyaar De revealed that she injured herself while lifting 80 kg during a workout. This setback forced her to re-evaluate her lifestyle and focus on healing.

However what caught attention is her dress at this event. Rakul Preet Singh looks breathtaking in her latest photos wearing a stunning nude-toned gown embellished with pearls. Meanwhile Speaking at Lakme Fashion Week, Rakul admitted that she is still not at her best but is gradually improving. She acknowledged that the injury taught her patience and the importance of slowing down in life. Despite the challenges, she embraced the healing process and prioritized her well-being over work commitments.

Rakul recalled that initially, she resisted slowing down but soon realized that recovery takes time. She accepted that letting go of certain work commitments was necessary. In October, Rakul shared a health update on Instagram where she admitted her mistake of ignoring the warning signs. She expressed gratitude for the support and assured her fans that she would recover soon.
