Raai Laxmi Shines in Stylish Black

Raai Laxmi an acclaimed actress known for her work in Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam films began her cinematic journey in 2005 with the Tamil film Karka Kasadara. Following this debut, she showcased her versatility through many genres, from the comedy Kundakka Mandakka alongside R. Parthiban, to the action-packed Dharmapuri (2006), and the romance Nenjai Thodu (2007). Her Kannada debut came in 2005 with the film Valmiki, opposite Shiva Rajkumar.

In 2008, Laxmi transitioned to more serious roles, starting with Velli Thirai where she portrayed herself. That same year, she received praise for her role as a lawyer in the action thriller Dhaam Dhoom directed by Jeeva.

Laxmi's debut in Malayalam cinema came in 2007 with Rock n' Roll, opposite Mohanlal. She continued her success in Malayalam films with hits like Annan Thampi (2008), 2 Harihar Nagar (2009), Evidam Swargamanu (2009), and Chattambinadu (2009). In 2009, she also appeared in three Tamil films: Muthirai, Vaamanan, and Naan Avanillai 2. In Vaamanan, she dazzled audiences as a glamorous supermodel. The year 2010 saw her continuing her diverse roles with special appearances in In Ghost House Inn and Pen Singam and portraying a cowgirl in the Tamil film Irumbukkottai Murattu Singam. She was last seen in the film DNA.
