She made her acting debut in the Telugu film Kala Varam Aaye (2017). Her breakthrough came with Taxiwala (2018) opposite Vijay Deverakonda, which was a commercial success. In 2021, she appeared in Thimmarusu, SR Kalyanamandapam, and Gamanam, earning a Filmfare Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress – Telugu for her role as Zara in the latter.

More recently, she made a cameo in Tillu Square (2024) and starred as Laila in the comedy Mad Square (2025). She also appeared in Mass Jathara (2025). With her natural screen presence and versatility, Priyanka continues to build a promising career in Telugu cinema.
