Born on November 12, 1992, in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, and a National Institute of Fashion Technology graduate, Priyanka Jawalkar made her acting debut in the Telugu film Kala Varam Aaye (2017).

She gained wider recognition with Taxiwala (2018) opposite Vijay Deverakonda, playing Anusha in the successful supernatural comedy. In 2021 she delivered strong performances in Thimmarusu opposite Satyadev, SR Kalyanamandapam, and Gamanam as Zara, earning a Filmfare Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress – Telugu.

Recent appearances include a cameo in Tillu Square (2024) and the lead role of Laila in Mad Square (2025), along with a special appearance in Mass Jathara.
