Priya Prakash Varrier Glows in a Golden Traditional Look by the Beach

Priya Prakash Varrier recently took to Instagram to share a calm and graceful moment from her latest shoot. She looked radiant in a hand-embroidered gold blouse paired with a deep blue lehenga skirt decorated with intricate golden prints.

Her elegant jewelry and soft makeup added to the charm of the look, all captured beautifully at a beachside location. The photography and styling were done by Hrishikesh of @hrischique, while her makeup and hair were handled by Vasan (@vasan_makeupartist). Her attire was from Baise Gaba sourced via The Yellow Dot and her jewellery was designed by Razia Kunj. The serene beach backdrop was Ether Beach giving a natural calmness to the frame.

In a recent interview, Priya opened up about the challenges she faced after gaining instant fame. “There were people who predicted a big career for me. Some others advised me to not lose my personality to peer pressure from the industry. Some others told me to somehow adjust with the norms of the industry and compromise to survive in business,” she said. Her words reflect the inner struggle many young actors go through when dealing with public expectations and pressure from within the industry.

Priya also spoke about how difficult it was to find genuine opportunities. “There have been times when I was rejected without even getting called for an audition,” she revealed. Despite these setbacks, she continues to work on meaningful projects. Known first for her viral wink in Oru Adaar Love, Priya has since acted in Tamil films such as NEEK directed by Dhanush and Ajith’s Good Bad Ugly. Her most recent Malayalam release was Mandakini.
