Pragya Nagra, born December 14, 1998, in Ambala, Haryana, India, is an emerging Indian actress known for her work in Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu cinema. From a Punjabi family with her father in the Indian Armed Forces, she completed her schooling and college in Delhi, where she pursued engineering and was part of the NCC with initial aspirations to join the military. She shifted to modeling, appearing in over 100 commercials, before moving to Chennai to chase acting dreams.

Her movie career began with her debut in the Tamil film Varalaru Mukkiyam (2022), playing a Malayali girl opposite Jiiva, earning appreciation despite the film's mixed reception. She followed with her Malayalam debut in the socio-political drama Nadikalil Sundari Yamuna (2023), portraying a Kannada girl. She expanded to Telugu with Laggam (2024) and appeared in projects like N4 (2023) and others, showcasing versatility across South Indian industries.

The glamorous photo captures Pragya in a sparkling light green sequined saree with a matching embellished sleeveless blouse featuring intricate beadwork and a deep back. Her long wavy hair cascades down, statement earrings and rings glint under chandelier lights, as she poses confidently on a balcony railing against a luxurious indoor backdrop of cascading lights and opulent decor—radiating elegance, poise, and starry allure.

In 2026, Pragya's upcoming project includes the Malayalam comedy-drama Bombay Positive (February 13 release), directed by Jeevan Kottayi, alongside Lukman Avaran and Binu Pappu, with more multilingual ventures anticipated as she builds her pan-South Indian presence.
