Poonam Bajwa is an Indian actress known for her work in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, and Kannada cinema. She embarked on her acting journey in 2005 with the Telugu film "Modati Cinema" and subsequently featured in "Boss" the following year. Her foray into Kannada films began in 2006 with "Thangigagi," while her Tamil debut came later in 2008 with the movie "Seval."

After her initial films, Poonam secured various roles in the Telugu industry, including a part in "Parugu," where she appeared in a cameo as Prakash Raj's elder daughter. Her performance in the Tamil movie "Seval," directed by Hari, marked her notable entry into Kollywood. She further starred alongside actor Jeeva in "Thenavattu" and "Kacheri Arambam," which bolstered her reputation in the Tamil film industry.

In addition to Tamil and Telugu films, she ventured into Malayalam cinema with the movie "China Town."
