Born on December 5, 1992, in Delhi, Payal began her career with the Hindi TV serial Sapnon Se Bhare Naina (2010). She made her film debut with the Punjabi movie Channa Mereya (2017), winning the Filmfare Award Punjabi for Best Debut Actress. She gained massive popularity in Telugu cinema with RX 100 and has appeared in films like Ginna, Mangalavaaram, and Shava Ni Girdhari Lal.
