Payal Rajput, known for her work in RX 100 and Mangalavaaram, is now stepping into a new phase of her career. She is all set to lead a pan-India film titled Venkatalachimi. This upcoming film, written and directed by Muni, revolves around a tribal girl caught in a gripping action-revenge story. Produced by Raja and NS Choudhary, the film promises a fresh take on survival and strength through its lead character.

Speaking at the event, Payal said, “When Muni narrated the script, I was captivated. This story is so powerful that it might even make people remember me as ‘Venkatalachimi’ forever. I firmly believe this pan-India project will take my career to the next level." Director Muni also expressed confidence in casting her, saying, “When I envisioned the story of Venkatalachimi, I knew instantly that Payal Rajput was the perfect choice for the lead role.” The film stars Saurabhh Dhingra as the male lead and features music by Vikas Badisha. Set for release in multiple languages, this project could mark a turning point in her journey.
