Pawan Kalyan Visits Kondagattu Anjaneya Swamy Temple, lays foundation stone

after his resounding victory in the 2024 general elections, sri pawan kalyan had visited the kondagattu anjaneya swamy temple and promised to contribute to the temple’s development. staying true to his word, he arrived today to lay the foundation stone for the construction of a diksha viramana mandapam and a 96-room choultry, to be built with an estimated cost of rs. 35.19 crores in collaboration with the tirumala tirupati devasthanams (ttd).
around 11 am, sri pawan kalyan reached the temple along with ttd chairman sri b.r. naidu, telangana state minister sri adluri laxman kumar, and local mla sri medipalli satyam. under the supervision of telangana endowments department principal secretary smt. shailaja ramaiyer, temple priests welcomed him with a traditional purna kumbham.
chief priest sri kapindra swamy formally escorted sri pawan kalyan into the temple as per tradition. special prayers were performed for sri anjaneya swamy, followed by archana to sri venkateswara swamy and sri lakshmi ammavaru, who are positioned on either side of the main deity.
later, the priests offered vedic blessings and presented holy theertha and prasadam. endowments department commissioner sri harish and executive officer sri t. srikanth rao presented a framed portrait of the deity to sri pawan kalyan.
ttd board member sri b. anand sai, telangana endowments department advisor sri govind hare, janasena party general secretary sri ram thalluri, sri r.k. sagar, and others were also present during the darshan.
