Pavani Karanam began her acting journey with short films like Pizza and Living Together in 2018, the same year she made her Tollywood debut with a supporting role in Kirrak Party. She gained wider recognition for playing Pushpa Raj’s niece in the blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise (2021) and later in Pushpa 2: The Rule (2024).

She took on her first lead role in Pareshan (2023) and appeared in HIT 2 (2022), Pailam Pilaga (2024), and the series Sivarapalli (2025). Upcoming projects include Lenin (2026) and Attahaasam (2027).
