Born on 7 April 1988 in Kozhikode, Kerala, Parvathy made her acting debut in the Malayalam film Out of Syllabus (2006). She gained critical acclaim with the Tamil film Poo (2008) and rose to prominence through hits like Bangalore Days (2014), Charlie (2015), Take Off (2017), Uyare (2019), and Virus (2019).

Recent works include Ullozhukku and Thangalaan (2024). In 2026 she starred as police officer Aleena Abraham in the successful thriller Pradhama Drishtiya Kuttakkar and appeared in I, Nobody. Ongoing projects include the series Storm, Dhootha 2, Naangu Vazhi Saalai, and more Hindi and Malayalam films. A National Award-winning actress and Women in Cinema Collective founding member, Parvathy continues to champion powerful, progressive roles.
