Nyra Banerjee Enjoys Her First Sailing Experience in Thailand

Nyra Banerjee recently treated her followers to a cheerful update from Thailand. Sharing a sunny picture on Instagram, she wrote, “So guys I had for the first time in my life gone for sailing in Thailand. Will be sharing my lovely memories with folks. 🥰🥰”. Known for her work in television and South Indian cinema, Nyra Banerjee shared in an interview how acting wasn’t her first choice. She initially pursued law, saying it felt natural since no one in her family was in that profession. However, her heart leaned toward dancing. She often took part in inter-college dance and fashion events. Acting came later, and not without its own share of assumptions. “I always heard casting directors say, ‘Tumhaara face and body South Indian films ke lie perfect hai.’ I was a little voluptuous and not so skinny at that time. Yeh log bol lete hain muh par ki aapka face and figure South movies wala hai. I said that I don’t want to do it. I have never even seen a South film,” she said.

She also added how fate played a role in guiding her towards entertainment. “They also said that if one of them is travelling with me to Mumbai and overlooking, then it’s worth giving a shot. Because astrologically, several pandits had already destined that this girl will definitely do something in the creative field, she is very good at fine arts. That’s how I did Kadambari, a Sanskrit TV show,” she shared.
