She made her acting debut in 2016 with the dance-based show D4 – Get Up and Dance, playing Niharika “Baby” Sinha. She gained massive popularity with her lead role as Piya Rathod in the supernatural hit Nazar (2018–2020). Her other notable TV works include Yeh Moh Moh Ke Dhaagey, Channa Mereya, and Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal.

Niyati successfully ventured into digital content with the web series Dear Ishq and short films. She also participated in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, showcasing her daring spirit.
