Born on November 30, 1990, Nivetha began her career after winning Miss India UAE. She made her acting debut in the Tamil film Oru Naal Koothu (2016) and entered Telugu cinema with the romantic comedy Mental Madhilo (2017).

She gained wider recognition with roles in Chitralahari (2019), the blockbuster Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo (2020), Paagal, Red, Bloody Mary, and Das Ka Dhamki (2023). She has also appeared in the web series Paruvu and Kaala.

Ongoing projects include Sing Geetham (2026), Aadarsha Kutumbam House No: 47 - AK 47, Party, and Kaaka.
