A sequel to the 2017 romantic drama Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana is in the works. The first film starred Rajkummar Rao and Kriti Kharbanda. It was loved for its emotional story and acting. The music was also very popular among fans. The new version will focus on a younger generation. According to Filmfare, the makers are planning a Gen-Z love story. Abhay Verma and Nitanshi Goel are in talks for the lead roles. Ratna Sinha will direct it, and Benaras Media will produce it.
