Her career flourished as she delved into different genres, portraying characters like Vedika in "Maharakshak: Devi" and Misha in "Aahat."

Transitioning into 2019 and 2020, Nikitha continued to captivate audiences with her talent, portraying dual characters of Nandini and Shivani in "Phir Laut Aayi Naagin." Her versatility shone through once again as she embraced the role of an Ichhadhari Naagin in "Akbar Ka Bal Birbal" in 2020.
