Niharika began her journey in the entertainment industry with the Telugu web series "Muddapappu Avakai," which she not only acted in but also produced under her production company, Pink Elephant Pictures. In September 2015, she made her debut as a film actress with "Oka Manasu." Though her 2019 film "Suryakantham" didn't perform well at the box office, grossing ₹3 crore, Niharika continued to work in the industry, later appearing in a minor role in the historical action film "Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy." In 2015, Niharika launched her film production company, Pink Elephant Pictures, which has since produced several projects.
