Currently, she is busy promoting her latest production, titled "Committee Kurrollu." The film, which was released today, is directed and written by Yadu Vamsi. The film features a talented cast, including Sai Kumar, Goparaju Ramana, Sharanaya Suresh, Sri Lakshmi, Teena Sarvya, Prasad Behara, amongst others. The movie is produced by Jayalakshmi Adapaka, Niharika Konidela, Padmaja Konidela, and Ramesh Manyam under the Pink Elephant Pictures banner. Composer Anudeep Dev handled the music, Edurolu Raju took charge of the cinematography, and Anwar Ali did the editing.

In one of her recent Instagram pictures, Niharika looks elegant in a blue and white striped saree. She captioned it, "No more blues!" which perfectly matched her radiant appearance.
