Born on December 18, 1993, in Hyderabad, Niharika Konidela (niece of Megastar Chiranjeevi) began her career as a TV anchor and debuted on screen with the web series Muddapappu Avakai. She made her feature film debut with the Telugu romantic drama Oka Manasu (2016) opposite Naga Shourya. She has since appeared in films like Happy Wedding (2018), Suryakantham (2019), and Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren (Tamil).

Beyond acting, Niharika is a successful producer under her banner Pink Elephant Pictures. Her productions include the critically acclaimed Committee Kurrollu (2024). She is currently producing the fantasy-comedy Raakaasa (2026), starring Sangeeth Shobhan and Nayan Sarika, set for a theatrical release in April 2026.
