Born on April 18, 1990, in Luxembourg, Niharica Raizada is the granddaughter of legendary music composer O.P. Nayyar. A former Miss India UK 2010 and runner-up at Miss India Worldwide 2010, she also holds a background in medical research, having studied translational medicine and cardiology.

She made her film debut in the Bengali movie Damadol (2013), followed by her Hindi debut in the horror film 6-5=2 (2014). She gained attention with roles in Masaan (2015), Baby (2015), Waarrior Savitri (2016), Total Dhamaal (2019), and as Inspector Tara in Sooryavanshi (2021). She later appeared in IB71 (2023).

Recent projects include the Marathi film Janma Runn (2024), the Malayalam thriller Aadrika (2025), and Mercy (2026) as Jiya. Niharica continues to balance multilingual cinema with her international presence.
