Niharica Raizada: From Beauty Queen to Bollywood's Captivating Star

Niharica Raizada, a Luxembourgish actress of Indian descent, captivates audiences with her striking beauty and versatile screen presence. Born on April 18, 1990, Niharica began her journey as a beauty queen, winning Miss India UK 2010 and placing as runner-up in Miss India Worldwide. She transitioned to acting after a background in science, including cardiology research at Johns Hopkins University. Her movie debut came in 2013 with an item song in the Bengali film Damadol. She entered Bollywood with the horror thriller 6-5=2 (2014), followed by notable appearances in acclaimed films like Masaan (2015) and Baby (2015).

Her career gained momentum with roles in Waarrior Savitri, the comedy Total Dhamaal (2019) as Dream Girl, the blockbuster Sooryavanshi (2021) as Inspector Tara Manchandani, and IB 71 (2023). She has worked across languages, including Gujarati (Var to NRI J) and Telugu projects.Currently, Niharica is active in ongoing projects, including filming the Hindi feature Petu (as of 2025) and other upcoming ventures. She also runs her production house while balancing acting and advocacy.
