Her breakthrough came with the blockbuster iSmart Shankar (2019), cementing her popularity in Telugu films.

Nidhhi has delivered notable performances in movies like Mr. Majnu, Kalaga Thalaivan, and the period drama Hari Hara Veera Mallu. Currently, she is gearing up for the highly anticipated horror-comedy The Raja Saab opposite Prabhas, set for release on January 9, 2026.
