Born on August 17, 1993, in Hyderabad and raised in Bangalore, Nidhhi began as a model and Miss Diva Universe 2014 participant. She made her acting debut in Bollywood with Munna Michael (2017) opposite Tiger Shroff, earning the Zee Cine Award for Best Female Debut. She entered Telugu cinema with Savyasachi (2018) alongside Naga Chaitanya and gained popularity in South Indian films through roles in iSmart Shankar, Hero, and Kalaga Thalaivan. Her Tamil debut came with Eeswaran (2021).

Recently, she appeared in the period action film Hari Hara Veera Mallu (2025) with Pawan Kalyan and the Prabhas-starrer The Raja Saab (2026).
