She became popular with her performance in the film Solo. It was released in 2017. The film was made in both Malayalam and Tamil. It told four different stories. Each story focused on a different element. These were Earth, Fire, Wind, and Water. Dulquer Salmaan played four roles. Neha was part of this bold and artistic film.

Neha will soon be seen in De De Pyaar De 2. It is a sequel to the 2019 romantic comedy. The new film stars Ajay Devgn, R. Madhavan, and Rakul Preet Singh. Anshul Sharma is the director. The film is now scheduled to release on 19 September 2025. The makers have not shared the reason for the date change.
