Born on August 1, 1992, in Nagpur, Mrunal began her career in television with shows like Mujhse Kuchh Kehti... Yeh Khamoshiyaan and Kumkum Bhagya. She made her film debut with the Marathi movie Vitti Dandu (2014) and entered Hindi cinema with Love Sonia (2018). She gained widespread acclaim for her roles in Super 30 (2019), Batla House (2019), Sita Ramam (2022), Toofaan, and Pippa.

In 2026, Mrunal has delivered strong performances in Do Deewane Seher Mein and Dacoit: A Love Story. Her upcoming projects include the much-awaited romantic comedy Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai with Varun Dhawan and Son of Sardaar 2.
