Born on August 1, 1992, in Dhule, Maharashtra, Mrunal began her career in television with shows like Mujhse Kuchh Kehti... Yeh Khamoshiyaan (2012) and rose to fame with Kumkum Bhagya (2014-2016). She made her film debut with the Marathi movie Vitti Dandu (2014) and entered Hindi cinema with the critically acclaimed Love Sonia (2018).

Her breakthrough came with Super 30 (2019) and Batla House (2019). She earned massive pan-India popularity with Telugu hits Sita Ramam (2022) and Hi Nanna (2023). In 2025, she appeared in Son of Sardaar 2 alongside Ajay Devgn.

In 2026, Mrunal has a power-packed lineup including Do Deewane Seher Mein (with Siddhant Chaturvedi), Dacoit (with Adivi Sesh), and the comedy Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai (with Varun Dhawan and Pooja Hegde). Known for her versatility and screen presence, she continues to shine across Hindi and South Indian cinema.
