Mrunal began her film journey with the Marathi movie Hello Nandan (or Vitti Dandu in 2014). She made her Hindi debut with the hard-hitting Love Sonia (2018), followed by notable roles in Super 30, Batla House, Jersey, Pippa, and the critically acclaimed Sita Ramam (2022), which earned her widespread praise in South cinema.
