Born on June 30, 1997, in Mumbai, Avika rose to fame as young Anandi in the iconic TV serial Balika Vadhu (2008–2010). She later starred in Sasural Simar Ka. She made her Telugu film debut with Uyyala Jampala (2013), winning the SIIMA Award for Best Female Debut – Telugu.
Her filmography includes Cinema Choopistha Mava, Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada, Raju Gari Gadhi 3, 1920: Horrors of the Heart (2023), Bloody Ishq (2024), and Shanmukha (2025). She also appeared in Popcorn (which she co-produced).
Currently, Avika has the upcoming Telugu film Ugly Story (2026) and continues to balance films, reality shows like Khatron Ke Khiladi, and personal milestones after her marriage.
