Meanwhile the actress was busy last few months in promoting the

horror-comedy film The Bhootnii. After opening on May 1, 2025, and not catching much attention, the movie is now heading to ZEE5 and Zee Cinema for a premiere on July 18 at 8 PM. Directed and written by Sidhaant Sachdev, it’s a project close to the hearts of its makers.

Produced by Soham Rockstar Entertainment, Deepak Mukut, and Sanjay Dutt, who also stars in it, the film brings together a lively cast. Alongside Mouni, you’ll see Sunny Singh, Palak Tiwari, Aasif Khan and YouTuber Nick. Sanjay Dutt plays a key role. Mouni recently shared, “I had so much fun shooting the spooky scenes, especially the ones with the ghost twist!”
