Mouni Roy Echoes Her Love for Classics

Mouni Roy known for her timeless fashion sense recently took to Instagram to share a relaxed and elegant moment. In the photo, she’s seen lounging on a beige couch dressed in a classic white shirt tied at the waist and wide-leg black pants. She completes the look with black Prada loafers. She captioned her post with the words, “Lover of the classics..”

The image also carried a nostalgic touch with Whitney Houston’s “I Wanna Dance with Somebody” playing in the background.

Meanwhile Mouni Roy is making headlines beyond Instagram. She’s set to make her South debut with a special appearance in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s much-awaited film ‘Vishwambhara’. The movie is a socio-fantasy epic directed by Mallidi Vassishta, known for ‘Bimbisara’, and stars Trisha Krishnan in the female lead. According to reports, Mouni will be featured in a high-energy dance number that’s the final song to be filmed for the movie.

A source close to the production said, “We think Mouni is the best choice. This is the only song that has been pending out of the entire film, and we are sure her debut in the South is going to be a blast.” This marks her first-ever collaboration with Chiranjeevi.
