Monal Gajjar made her debut in Telugu cinema with Sudigadu in 2012. The film was a parody entertainer directed by Bhimaneni Srinivasa Rao. It was produced by Chandrasekhar D Reddy under Arundathi Movies. The movie starred Allari Naresh and Monal Gajjar in lead roles. Allari Naresh played a double role as both father and son. Monal gained recognition from this project and stepped into the film industry with confidence.

She was recently seen in Vash: Level 2. The movie is a Gujarati supernatural psychological horror film directed by Krishnadev Yagnik. It is the sequel to the 2023 film Vash. The movie stars Janki Bodiwala, Hitu Kanodia, Monal Gajjar, and Hiten Kumar in lead roles. It released on August 27, 2025, in theatres. The film also came out in Hindi under the title Vash Vivash Level 2. The audience response to the film has been strong, and Monal’s role received praise.
