She gained significant popularity for her performance in the movie "Gaddalakonda Ganesh," released in 2019. This Telugu-language action comedy, directed by Harish Shankar, is a remake of the Tamil film "Jigarthanda," with influences from the South Korean movie "A Dirty Carnival."

"Gaddalakonda Ganesh" showcases Mirnalini's talent alongside well-known actors like Varun Tej and Pooja Hegde. The film was produced under the 14 Reels Plus banner, with music by Mickey J. Meyer. Filming started in February 2019 and concluded in September of the same year.
