Recently, Meenakshi addressed rumours about her personal life. There were talks going around that she might be getting married to Sushanth Anumolu who is the nephew of actor Nagarjuna. However, during recent interview she strongly denied all these rumours.

She said, "It is fake! Not true, I am not getting married!" Meenakshi also expressed her irritation, saying that every month there is some new rumour. Last month, people said she was marrying a Tamil actor’s son. She told everyone clearly that if something is not shared by her on social media, it’s not true.
