Born March 5, 1997, in Panchkula, Haryana, Meenakshi is a former dental graduate and beauty queen (1st runner-up Femina Miss India 2018, Miss Grand India). She began with the Hindi web series Out of Love (2019) and made her film debut in the Hindi movie Upstarts (2019). Her Telugu lead debut came with the romantic comedy Ichata Vahanamulu Niluparadu (2021), followed by hits like Khiladi (2022), HIT: The Second Case (2022), Guntur Kaaram (2024) with Mahesh Babu, Singapore Saloon (2024), The Greatest of All Time (GOAT) (2024) opposite Vijay, Lucky Baskhar (2024) with Dulquer Salmaan, and Sankranthiki Vasthunam (2025) with Venkatesh.
