Manushi Chhillar Shares Glimpse of Grace

Manushi Chhillar shared a graceful moment on Instagram in a light saree with soft embroidery. She is seen standing beside a gold-framed mirror and soft wall art. Her caption read:

Fresh from the release of Maalik which hit cinemas on July 11, Manushi is embracing more than just scripts. She’s focusing on her growth as an actor.

“My focus is on the internal journey, rather than what happens at the box office,” she says. “When an audience reacts to your film in a certain way, it gives you an idea, a different perspective... that feedback is great to have,” the actress said.

In Maalik, directed by Pulkit, Manushi plays Shalini who is a strong, grounded woman from 1980s Allahabad.

She also mentions the challenge of stepping into a new zone:“If you want to choose to do different kinds of roles, then it’s great to pursue them and show that interest.”

The film also stars Rajkummar Rao, with support from Saurabh Shukla, Prosenjit Chatterjee and others.
