Miss World 2017 from Rohtak, Haryana, Manushi transitioned from a medical aspirant to the global stage before entering films. She made her Bollywood debut in 2022 as Princess Sanyogita opposite Akshay Kumar in the historical drama Samrat Prithviraj.

She followed it with the comedy The Great Indian Family (2023) alongside Vicky Kaushal, the bilingual action film Operation Valentine (2024) as Wing Commander Aahna Gill, and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan (2024). In 2025 she appeared in Maalik with Rajkummar Rao and the thriller Tehran opposite John Abraham.

Upcoming projects include Race 4: Reloaded, No Entry 2, Welcome to the Jungle, and other films currently in various stages of production, as she continues to expand her presence in mainstream cinema.
