Manjari Fadnnis works primarily in Bollywood and Tollywood films. She has also appeared in Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam movies. Her career began with her debut in the Bollywood film Rok Sako To Rok Lo in 2004. However, her significant breakthrough was in the film Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na in 2008. This role earned her the Stardust Award for Breakthrough Performance - Female.
Manjari has since worked in several notable films. She was part of the National Award-winning Bengali film Faltu in 2006. She also appeared in the short film Khamakha in 2016, which won the Filmfare Award for Best Short Film. Some of her other popular Bollywood films include Grand Masti, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon, and Baa Baaa Black Sheep.
In addition to acting, Manjari started as a contestant on the TV singing reality show Popstars Season 2 in 2003. She finished in the top 8 finalists. Moreover, she sang a song for the Tamil film Mutthirai in 2009, showcasing her musical talent. For her contributions to Indian cinema, she received the Movers and Shakers Award at the MAAC 24FPS International Animation Awards in 2015.
