Born on 22 June 2001 in Kottayam, Kerala, Mamitha began as a child artist in Paavada (2016) and made her formal debut in Sarvopari Palakkaran (2017). She gained recognition with Kho Kho (2021) and rose to stardom with the blockbuster Premalu (2024) as Reenu.

Her career expanded into Tamil cinema with Rebel (2024), Dude (2025) opposite Pradeep Ranganathan, Kara (2026) with Dhanush, Jana Nayagan (2026) with Vijay, and Vishwanath & Sons (2026) with Suriya. Ongoing projects include Bethlehem Kudumba Unit, Premalu 2, and more.
