Actress Malvi Malhotra opened up about her exciting journey from television to Bollywood, and later, into regional cinemas like Tamil, Telugu, and Punjabi films. She started her career with television, where the show Udaan gave her an encouraging start. Speaking about her roots, she said, “I think initial days of my career I started off with TV and it was a great start for me with Udaan and I'm always grateful for that.” While she values her television beginnings, she was always drawn toward the world of films. “Being a theatre artist, I just wanted to expand my creativity in different sort of cinemas and different characters. Which I am getting to do in films and I'm very grateful for whatever is coming my way and I hope I keep doing a lot of films in future,” she added.

Over the years, Malvi has grown into a multi-lingual performer steadily building her space in the film industry.
