She gained wider recognition with Nirnayakam (2015) and earned critical acclaim for her Hindi debut in Majid Majidi's Beyond the Clouds (2017). She ventured into Tamil with Petta (2019) alongside Rajinikanth, followed by blockbusters like Master (2021) with Vijay, Thangalaan (2024) with Vikram, Hindi's Yudhra (2024), and the acclaimed Malayalam Hridayapoorvam (2025) opposite Mohanlal.

Currently, Malavika is set for an exciting 2026 with her Telugu debut in the highly anticipated fantasy horror comedy The Raja Saab (released January 9, 2026) alongside Prabhas, where she plays Bhairavi. She also stars in the Tamil action thriller Sardar 2 (February 28, 2026) opposite Karthi. With her versatile performances across languages and growing pan-India appeal, Malavika continues to charm audiences.
