Malavika Mohanan’s Glamorous Traditional Look Steals the Spotlight

Born on 4 August 1993, Malavika Mohanan is the daughter of acclaimed cinematographer K. U. Mohanan. She made her acting debut in the 2013 Malayalam romantic drama Pattam Pole as Riya. She gained critical attention with Majid Majidi’s Hindi film Beyond the Clouds (2017) and went on to feature in notable projects across languages.

Her filmography includes The Great Father (2017), Petta (2019), the blockbuster Master (2021) opposite Vijay, Maaran (2022), Christy (2023), Thangalaan (2024), and Yudhra (2024). In 2025, she starred alongside Mohanlal in the successful Malayalam film Hridayapoorvam.

Ongoing and upcoming projects include her Telugu debut The RajaSaab (2026) with Prabhas, the action thriller Sardar 2 (2026) with Karthi, Idhayam Murali, and Pocket Novel. With versatile roles spanning Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, and Telugu cinema, Malavika continues to establish herself as a leading pan-Indian actress.
