Born on 1/2 August 2000 in Puttur near Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, Maanasa began as a model before entering acting. She made her screen debut in the Tamil web series Emoji (2022).

Her film debut came as the female lead Jahnvi in the Telugu romantic drama Bubblegum (2023) opposite Roshan Kanakala. She gained wider notice with a supporting role as Mona in the hit Lucky Baskhar (2024) starring Dulquer Salmaan.

In 2025 she expanded into Tamil cinema with DNA (as Saranya), Aaryan (as Anitha), and #Single (as Mamatha Kulakarni). Ongoing projects include the Tamil film Mustafa Mustafa (2026), Telugu comedy Gaayapadda Simham (2026), the series Super Subbu, and Sathibabu Paraloka Yatra. With her fresh screen presence across Telugu and Tamil industries, Maanasa continues to rise as a promising young talent.
