Meanwhile, recently, Kriti won the Best Actress National Award for her acting in the movie Mimi. She shared this award with Alia Bhatt, who got it for a movie called Gangubai Kathiawadi. After they both won the award, Kriti told News18 Showsha that she called Alia for a nice chat.

"I've always liked Alia's acting, and she was amazing in Gangubai Kathiawadi. Both of us played the main character in our movies, and it feels great to share this important award with her! I called her, and we were both really excited," she said.
